Inbound Phone Sales - Hotel Reservation Specialist
Magellan Vacations is the dominant provider of reservations at luxury hotels across the United States. As a company exceeding 50% annual growth, we are looking for individuals who have a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets. You will be assisting clients, new and repeat, to understand their travel needs and match them with the right luxury hotels.
The job involves qualifying sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and budgets. It also includes overcoming competitive sales objections, turning inquiries into sales, cross-selling and upselling. You are expected to close sales, process reservations and meet goals on a daily basis.
You must be energetic, articulate, assertive and intelligent with the ability to think (and learn) on your feet; a team player with a real drive to succeed.
