Our travel agency is the leading provider of personalized luxury travel services. The ideal candidates for this position possess travel and tourism education (or equivalent experience), have superior customer service skills, and a keen sense of all things upscale. They would be responsible for building and maintaining a profitable client base by fulfilling the travel needs of our clients.
The job involves qualifying opportunities by identifying customer needs, desires and budgets. It also includes overcoming client objections, turning inquiries or walk-ins into bookings, cross-selling and up-selling. Our travel agents are expected to provide a high level of personal service while meeting goals on a daily basis.
